Who we are
This website is operated by MultiMedical Marketing (“we,” “us”). It presents a paid advertorial produced on behalf of Primary Care, PLLC of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. “HealthcareUSVI” is a presentation format for this advertisement, not an independent news organization.
This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
If you complete the free clinic eligibility check, we collect:
- your answers to the eligibility questions;
- your full name, email address, and phone number; and
- whether you agreed to be contacted by phone call, email, and text message.
Please do not include detailed medical history in the eligibility check. It is not the place to share it.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse.
- A functional cookie. Parts of the eligibility check are password protected. When you unlock them, a small cookie remembers that on your device so you are not asked again. It is not used for advertising.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
The site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use information
- To determine whether you may qualify for the free clinic program.
- To contact you about the program, using the methods you agreed to.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
Who we share it with
- Primary Care, PLLC, so the practice can review your eligibility and follow up with you.
- Service providers who host the site or send messages for us, who may use the information only to provide those services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, they will relate to appointment scheduling and follow-up for this program. Agreeing is not a condition of receiving care. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
This is not a medical record
Information you enter in the eligibility check is not a medical record and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. If you become a patient of Primary Care, PLLC, the practice’s own notice of privacy practices governs your health information from that point on.
How long we keep it
We keep eligibility information only as long as needed to review your request and follow up about the program, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you provided, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
